Site inspection!!

Yesterday, as being mentioned in my previous posting, i had a meeting with the RBC Management team.. Well actually the meeting was between me, my group and the Airport Restaurant Manager and their Sous Chef.. So it should have been only the two RBC personnel and us.. However, to my surprise during the meeting there were 8 of the high ranked RBC Management team.. I felt very honoured to have such experience..

Well, our meeting took an hour or so.. The meeting covered most of the hospitality industry.. Dont get the term wrong.. The term 'hospitality' isnt referring to the physical hospital like RIPAS but refers to the general food-service industry..

After the long meeting, we then made an inspection trip to the RBC operation area.. Its where they prepare the all the foods for all their restaurant chain: Season's, Emperor's Court, Dynasty's and Airport Restaurant..

Would talk further on the inspection trip some other time, i cant reveal so much information actually.. Its preety much confidential.. Apart from the site inspection to their operation area, we were also given the opportunity to visit their Express Fast Food Restaurant, Airport outlet..
